Can you sue a debt collector for emptying my checking account in less than 24 hrs period on 12-09-2024 debt collector sent the court order garnishment to the bank on that same day I deposited my checks from my monthly LTD income and no one from the bank informed me so I deposited my checks at 2:33pm on 12-09-2024 and at 9:00pm same day I looked on my account saying legal debtpending. I called my bank immediately to dispute the charges the customer service couldn't they had to comply with a court order I kept telling them that my only income and I had no money to buy food for the coming Xmas I also asked if they could show me if its really a legit court order that they can show me cuz I haven't received anything from whoever that people taking my money and 12-10-2024 around 10:30 am I went to the bank office talking to manager I want file a dispute they didn't do. Anything but to give me a copy of that garnishment order. After that day I walked out of that bank I've been searching regarding my situation and what is my right as a consumer and finally found your website I'm 100% confident that they violated the laws and I can't do it alone and I'm kindly asking if can help me, sir, cuz every day I'm running out of resources at to feed my self and family.
